The Chef’s Table allows visitors the chance to sit down together and sample tasting dishes created by our expert chefs. New for 2021, we will also be running cheese masterclasses.
The experience is completely free of charge, however spaces are limited so it is advisable to reserve your space in advance.

Aged beef, celeriac fondant, roasted shallot & chicken wing sauce

Afternoon Tea

Hot smoked trout, dill creme fraiche, pickled cucumber vol-au-vent - Ham hock terrine, piccalilli gel - Tomato & caramelised onion pin wheels - Mini scones, clotted cream & jam - Carrot cake, orange cream cheese, walnuts - Lemon tart, meringue - Salted caramel & mascarpone profiterole

Yuzu Mushrooms & Whipped Tofu

Yuzu potobello mushrooms, baby gem, whipped tofu & pumpkin seed pesto

 

The experience is completely free of charge, however spaces are limited so it is advisable to reserve your space in advance.

Please note that Chef's Table sessions are only available for Adults and Children aged 12 years and over.

Children under the age of 16 will need to be supervised by an adult at all times.
