CAMPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking a camping pitch at a Love Food Events Ltd campsite, you agree to the following terms and conditions and to abide by the following rules and regulations:

  1. The Campsite is operated by Love Food Events Ltd, (Registered in England & Wales No. 11678986) and whose registered address is Unit 5 Lifford Way, Binley Industrial Estate, Coventry CV3 2RN.

  2. The use of generators onsite of any kind is NOT permitted. If you would like an electric hook up please ensure this is added at the time of booking, as we may not be able to add electric hook ups to your booking when you arrive.

  3. Pitches will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. You MUST keep within your allocated pitch of 9m width x 6m depth. This includes all of your possessions including vehicles.

  4. Sleeping in cars is NOT permitted and you MUST NOT camp in or use the restricted areas.

  5. Raised BBQ’s are permitted, however they MUST NOT be placed directly on the ground. Open fires are NOT permitted.

  6. In case of a fire, please make nearby vans aware and call 999 (fire brigade). You MUST inform the campsite warden. You will be made aware of your nearest fire assembly point on arrival.

  7. You MUST have a suitable fire extinguisher (at least 900g of power). It is strongly advised that you also have a fire blanket located in the cooking area.

  8. We will NOT accept any responsibility for damages to personal belongings or property or for the loss of personal belongings or property.

  9. We will NOT accept any responsibility in regard to injury on site.

  10. Smoking is NOT permitted in enclosed areas. This includes marquees within the event.

  11. You MUST NOT bring or set off any types of fireworks on site at the event.

  12. Excessive noise is NOT permitted especially after 10pm (please think of the other guests). If noise occurs you will be given a warning. If the noise is still persistent you will then be asked to leave site without hesitation. If this rule is applied no money will be refunded.

  13. Illegal drugs & abuse of alcohol is NOT permitted.

  14. Dogs are allowed on the camp site and in the event, however all dogs MUST be kept on a lead, and you MUST clean up all fouling. There are a number of places to walk dogs in the immediate vicinity.

  15. Those under the age of 18 are NOT permitted to be on‐site un‐supervised. Parents/Guardians are responsible for the behaviour and safety of their children at all times.

  16. Those that look under the age of 25 will be asked to produce ID if purchasing alcohol onsite. 

  17. Due to the nature of the site, you MUST NOT dig any holes.

  18. Toilet and shower facilities are provided on site and we ask you to leave them as you would like to find them. An elsan point will be provided for you to empty any waste from your own toilet.

  19. You must bring your Ticket confirmation with you when entering the event site or leaving/entering the camp site. Only valid tickets for the event will be accepted.

  20. Tickets are sold subject to Love Food Events right to alter or vary the program due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets. This may include the postponement of the event to an alternative date. All tickets will be valid for the alternative date provided.

  21. Photographs will be taken throughout the event by the Love Food Events team, who will post them on the Facebook page after the event. By purchasing tickets you are agreeing to this.

  22. The organisers office will be open from 9am‐5.00pm.

  23. The main gate will close at 6pm. Entry/exit after this time will be via our security team. All campers must ensure that they have a copy of their booking when leaving/entering the site after this time.

  24. Love Food Events Ltd makes the final decision on all matters.

  25. Love Food Events Ltd retain the right to refuse entry.

  26. As part of the Love Food Events Ltd ticket purchasing policy we regret that we cannot cancel, exchange, refund or transfer tickets unless the event in question has been cancelled.

  27. In the unlikely event that the site is unfit for use, the event will be either be re-scheduled for another date or cancelled. In the case of cancellation a full refund will be given to the ticket booker. NO other payments will be made by the company. We are not responsible for any additional financial costs due to event cancellation. No refund will be made should a rescheduling occur.

  28. It is the responsibility of the ticket booker to ascertain whether the event has been cancelled or re‐scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. If the event is either cancelled or re‐scheduled we will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation/ rescheduling. Please note that we cannot guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.

If any of these rules and regulations are not followed you will first be given a warning and then, without hesitation, be asked to leave the site.
