When Does the Warwick Light Trail Take Place?

The Warwick Light Trail starts on Thursday 10th December and will run every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday through to Sunday 10th December 2022.

The trail is just over 1 kilometre and will take approximately 60 – 90 minutes to complete depending on how long you stop to admire the light displays.

The Warwick Light Trail is an enchanting light trail that takes place after dark. A lighted trail will lead you through the stunning Sherbourne Park Estate, with up to 25 magical light displays and immersive experiences along the way.

Please note that the Warwick Light Trail is a completely outdoor experience and as the event takes place after dark in Winter, it will be cold, dark and also wet if it rains. Please ensure that you wear suitable outdoor clothing and footwear to enjoy the experience.

How Do I Get There?

The event takes place at Sherbourne Park, Warwick CV35 8AA. Sherbourne Park is located off the A429, a short distance from Junction 15 of M40.

Who is the Event Suitable For?

The Warwick Light Trail is suitable for all ages. There will be disabled car parking located close to the entrance, as well as disabled toilets onsite.  Discounted tickets are available for disabled/careers/Blur Light Card Holders (with valid ID). The trail itself will be on hard standing or trackway, making it easier to push wheel chairs or push chairs in wet conditions. There will also be a short cut for those who might find walking a full 1 kilometre too much.

What Facilities Are Onsite?

There will be toilets onsite as well as street food and hot drink concessions. There will also be a small Christmas market and fairground.

There is FREE car parking available onsite and disabled parking available close to the entrance.

Dogs are allowed as long as they are kept on a lead at all times.

Other than in extreme circumstances, where Love Food Events Ltd take the decision to cancel the event due to extreme weather conditions, the event will take place in the rain. We do not offer refunds or transfers due to inclement weather conditions. The Warwick Light Trail is a completely outdoor experience and as the event takes place after dark in Winter, it will be cold, dark and also wet if it rains. Please ensure that you wear suitable outdoor clothing and footwear to enjoy the experience.

Tickets are sold in 15 minute slots. Please ensure that you arrive promptly for your time slot. We can not guarantee that we are able to book you into a later time slot should you be delayed for any reason.

If you would like to change your date/timeslot, please contact us at info@lovefoodevents.co.uk. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however, due to limited tickets being available we can not guarantee that we will be able to process your request.

We do not offer refunds or transfers due to inclement weather conditions. In the unlikely event that a decision is made to cancel the event for a specific day due to inclement weather that causes a risk to the health and safety of our visitors, anyone booked for that day will be offered a full refund or an alternative date. The decision to cancel will be made as early as possible and all visitors booked will be notified by 1pm at the latest.

Tickets must be purchased online in advance and cannot be purchased on arrival. There is limited capacity per time slot, per night and you cannot purchase tickets for a time slot that has reached maximum capacity.

Tickets can only by purchased online through our website and, once you have booked and paid for your tickets, an email containing your tickets will be emailed through to you. Please ensure that you download or print your tickets before arriving so they can be scanned promptly on entry.

If you have not received an email containing your tickets after 24 hours of purchasing, please email info@lovefoodevents.co.uk.

All visitors must remain on the marked trail at all times. There are hazards outside of the marked trail including the lake and trip hazards.

Stewards will be located at various points around the trail, however as the event takes place after dark please exercise caution when moving through the trail. The trail may also become slippery in wet conditions.

Please do not touch any displays, lights or electricals unless instructed to do so by stewards.

Children and vulnerable adults must be supervised at all times.

Some scenes include up to 4 flashes of light per second. There will also be pulsating and flashing light effects as part of the light trail.

Due to Santa’s busy schedule at this time of year, he will not be making an appearance at the Warwick Light Trail. There will, however, be lots of festive magic for the whole family to enjoy!
